REFUND POLICY

Way2Help Solutions has a one-time refund policy. You may request a refund upon canceling your plan based subscription within 10 days from the date of purchase. Once we receive a request, refunds are processed within 8-10 business days, the refund amount will typically reflect on your Debit Card or Credit Card account with in another 3-5 working Days. (Please Note that a One-Time service charge may be deducted for services that have already been rendered).

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Refunds are only processed after receiving a request via email from the registered email address in our records. Please send your email to [email protected] we do not process refund requests over chat or phone.

TERMS WHICH MAY VOID A REFUND REQUEST

  1. If a licensed version of anti-virus or any other paid software was installed on your system (Desktop/Laptop) and you are requesting a refund for charges which you paid for the software itself.
  2. If you purchased any Paid/ licensed version of website services threw us.
  3. If you have used our Technical Support Services on Two or more
  4. If you have used our Digital Marketing Services.
  5. If you are requesting a refund from an email address which isn’t the registered email
  6. If you are requesting a refund to a Credit Card or Debit Card / Paypal Account which is different than the card used for the original purchase.
  7. If you are requesting. A refund using any medium other than the original email account on file.
